Futsal match and Hair for Hope 2010

Hello Fellow Gooners,

The Arsenal has won the Emirates Cup again, 3 out of 4 times it's been held!  Hopefully it's a sign of more trophies to come this season!!  Come on you Gunners!!

In the spirit of the opening match on Sunday 15 August when Liverpool play Arsenal, People of Anfield, a Liverpool Supporters Club in Singapore, has challenged us to a futsal game!

Venue:  Futsal at The Cage, Kallang
Time:     2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
Date:     15 Aug 2010
Attire:   Arsenal away jersey (any season yellow kit)

We need at least 10 to 12 players to form 3 teams.  Player selection is on a first come first served basis.  Please SMS Shai at 98440234.  Sorry guys,  Shai has received overwhelming response and we have enough players.  Do come and support our team though!!  We will award 5 points to the players and 2 points to those who come to give support, in the Emirates Air contest.  As People of Anfield are paying for the futsal pitch, Arsenal Singapore will be supplying beverages.

So hurry up and SMS your interest to Shai and get into training for the match!!

Keep that evening free too for the Arsenal Singapore AGM which will commence at 830pm followed by the live telecast of the match at 11pm.  More details to follow in next week's newsletter.
